    almost all the exercises are the same

    depth jumps are so boring but I didnt know they were that effective

    this made me hyped up to do vertical jump program again

    but nobody can guarantee you a 13 inch higher jump ability

    for example I trained 30 weeks with break weeks and gained 5 inches and thats very very good

    haha damn, those death jumps were not correctly performed at all-.. you are suppose to utiize and make stronger your myotic streth reflex. this can only be done, by doing those death jumps extremely quickly, that was too slow,,, its like he paused and then jumped.. you have to snap quickly off of the ground,,,

    the best way to increase your vert is to stretch every day, and if you have a basketball hoop or object that you want to reach and cannot try jumping for it everyday and eventually your vert will increase.

    Only for half an hour to an hour. Doing it incorrect an excessively will be harmful.
