    nimeili, also do …
nimeili, also do like weighted calf raises about 20 reps of 2-3 sets with lots of weight. now u need to REST FOR 2-3 DAYS. Take whey proten, eat right, get enough sleep, eat fruits and ganola bar before ur workouts. and a protein source after ur workout. Also you want to swithc ur workouts. if u did weighted squats, do deadlifts this time instead. always try and put enough weights that is challenging, but that can be completed within 1-3 seconds

    you’re most likely …
you’re most likely stronger in your plyometrics (reactive strength). So you need to work on your power (P=v * force)–> so in order to increase ur power. do WEIGHTs that are close to 1.5 times your body weight. Do warmup squats adding more weights as you get more warmed up. do 8 reps max of 5 reps of weighted squats, and do them AS FAST AS U POSSIBLY CAN (about 1-3 seconds to push up). This is because a jump takes abut .25 seconds to complete, so you need to mimic this

    This may seem like …
This may seem like an oversimplified answer but it is the honest truth about form… it is the results of “good” repetition… so you need to practice form daily.. like tying your shoes. See my video about synaptic facilitation.

    i would just …
i would just recommend working on strengthening your calfs, anterior tibialis, quads, and hamstrings, wich will give you more stability, also man, alot of people suggest that jumping off one foot could be superior because when you jump off 2 feet you kind of burn some of your upward momentum/propulsion in going to 2 feet, a 1 foot jump is alot quicker, dont have to jump step etc

umm lol im not a …
umm lol im not a professional i cant tell you a workout regime, pleanty of good examples of workouts on youtube and such, ummm generally less athletic slower guys say they can jump higher off of 2 feet than one foot, this is because they have never TRAINED or trained correctly to learn how to jump off one foot, plus the fact is the faster you are the more lift you are going to get, especially off 1 foot

    depends man, watch …
depends man, watch Doctor J and MJ, they are primarily 1 footed dunkers because they are lengthy and it stretches there body out more, giving them more of an angle, plus you dont lose some of your momentum if you have to go to 1 foot, but then also look at dwight howard and vince carter, both more primarily 2 foot dunkers, however they can still dunk well, if you cant jump as high off 1 foot i recommend working on your lower leg stability and overall quickness
