hey can anyone … hey can anyone answer..i just hit around 5’0 5’1 ft..i havent hit my growth spurt or anything like that.. i can touch a rim thats around 8 ft 2in..my muscles havent even developed yet..is that good.
By the way whoever … By the way whoever thinks that doing this program will get them to dunk hard and properly, they are wrong, dunking is technique, it takes alot of practice and tries to get it right, but once you get it right, you cant get it wrong again.One week I was dunking by doing layups over the rim and flipping my palm, but 2 weeks later after discovering a new way to hold the ball and everything I was cocking it back with 1 hand and dunking HARD!! My dunking improved in 2 months (without improving jump)
I used to think air … I used to think air alert was great and all, but after seeing jump manual… It has showed me a lot of legit and great info. guys should check it out.
