By the way whoever thinks that doing this program will get them to dunk hard and properly, they are wrong, dunking is technique, it takes alot of practice and tries to get it right, but once you get it right, you cant get it wrong again.One week I was dunking by doing layups over the rim and flipping my palm, but 2 weeks later after discovering a new way to hold the ball and everything I was cocking it back with 1 hand and dunking HARD!! My dunking improved in 2 months (without improving jump)
