    i don’t know the physiology but i know some ppl just jump better naturally off of one foot, some jump better off of 2. its usually the more power lifters or the ones that try to use more of their muscles that jump off 2, usually the more natural jumpers use one.

    firstly it means …
    firstly it means your a one foot jumper like me, and to give you a rough estimate (not 100% true) your using your explosivness to jump high not as much strength, two foot jumpers are ueally stronger in their lower body and can generate a lot of force and use this methof to jump high.

    Gotta question if anyone can answer this, when i drive the lane i can almost dunk jumping off my left foot (im right handed) , but if i were to drive the lane and jump off 2 feet i get about 2-3 inches lower, why is this?
