    i can touch rim and almost dunk on 9.5. I want to dunk and i believe i will be able to. I can jump pretty high, but i am NOT flexible at all. I never stretch and i dont even come close to touching my toes. Do you think that if i stretch like 5 times a day for a week or two i will add 5+ inches???

    just stretching wont increase vert u have 2 stretch but u have to do exercises 2… dont look to be lazy and just stretch every morning- that wont do nything

    This is all dependent on YOU. You see the results you get from stretching is from your efforts. For some it could be 2 inches for others 10 inches. Depend on work ethic. Will help you increase flexibility and ability to be more free to jump higher.
