what you can do ( …
what you can do (and this should actually work) is do fingertip push ups…i know it sounds hard…but if you do them it actually increases your fingertip strengh…so that way you can palm the ball better…it’s not the size of your hands why you can’t palm the ball…just practice palming it too…i’m 5’5″ and i can almost fully palm the ball…if i can do it…so can you…hope this helped

    In my case: …
In my case: stretching and plyometric workouts didnt work as well as doing plyos only.

You have a high vertical, and you reached that with no flexibility at all. Maybe you stick to your old training methods and try to get more of them.
I cant say that getting more flexible will prohibit any gains. But you cant say you need to be flexible to have a high vertical.
You know your body the best.

    So what you are …
So what you are saying is that it doesnt matter how flexible you are. Because i am not flexible at all, i am like 8 inches from touching my toes, but i have a 37 inch vertical. So if i got more flexible my vertical might stay the same?

    but there is no …
but there is no study in which they prove
    “stretching will prevent injuries”

stretching can actually lead to long-time injuries like arthritis. (not proven too)

in fact There are those who cant even touch their toes while standing.. and those who stretch every day 4 hours (kadour ziani)
