    Prob the worst …
    Prob the worst program I have ever seen. Your training endurance not explosive jumping. To jump higher you have to TRY to jump higher. Less reps and more effort.

    Agree with Fuck, I bet you should write a little more correct.Change don’t complain hat heavy lifting will gonna get you slow to “don’t think that lifting is gonna make you slow as lifting doesn’t do that”

    you shouldnt be doing all the landings etc like hard ones that take time plyometrics are all about quick and explosive movements you should be jumping up and landing on toes then staright back up again. check out destorms videos on my profile and i will have videos up soon.

    Getting stronger …
    Getting stronger doesn’t stay with your current weight. If you think you can stay in your weight and then while getting strength then forget jumping higher.

    To get more out of …
    To get more out of explosiveness, don’t complain that heavy lifting will gonna get you slow. As long as you’re increasing your raw squat based on squat to body weight ration, your strength also is improving. For example when you squat 210 pounds in 1 rep(That’s what they call it RAW) and increased to 300 pounds, you’ve already gain a lot off horse power even though you are relatively heavier than before therefore jumps higher.

    Ankle weights …
    Ankle weights aren’t enough. Get a complete 20 to 50 lb weighted vest and workout with that. That’ll absolutely strengthen all of your legs and supporting skeletal structures.

    you guys are mmaking it too complicated….only thing you have to do is maybe put a piece of tape or something on the backboard….try to reach the hheight…dont take a long brake or you will lose hops…..after you get to be a master a one height try another….then keep going…eventually you will be able to stuff…dont forget to get protein and workout
